Concentrating his practice on complex business litigation, Mr. Barnes has earned praise from the bench, the bar, and the media since co-founding his Melville-based firm. A dyed-in-the wool Long Islander educated at Hofstra Law School – his accomplishments and contributions include being recognized by Super Lawyers for ten consecutive years, earning a number of judicial appointments as a court receiver, leading CLE professional education sessions for fellow attorneys, and creation of a regular column in the Suffolk County Bar Association’s publication, Suffolk Lawyer.
