Mr. McMahon represents individuals and entities in all phases of complex commercial litigation in New York State and Federal Courts. His experience includes all aspects of pre and post-trial discovery including party and non-party document productions, party, non-party and expert depositions, trial and appellate-level motion practice, briefing, oral argument and hearings, as well as expert discovery. Ryan focuses on contract disputes, business torts, fraud claims, restrictive covenants, real estate transaction litigation, and business disputes including partnership, corporation, and LLC derivative suits, dissolutions, breakups, buyouts, mergers, and valuations.

Mr. McMahon is admitted to practice in both New York and Florida, as well as the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Southern District of Florida and is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.

Mr. McMahon graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2011. While in law school, he was a member of the Elder Law Clinic and Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and received awards in classes on Federal Income Taxation and Appellate Advocacy. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami in Economics and International Studies. 

In 2021, Ryan was honored by the Long Island Business News as a 40 Under 40 recipient.
