Joseph P. Walsh handles all matters relating to commercial litigation including income tax litigation, personal injury medical malpractice, and product liability in the federal and state courts. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation cases involving fraud and has decades of experience as a trial lawyer. In addition to pursuing and defending breach of contract claims, he offers comprehensive legal advice and planning in a variety of matters including real property transactions, matrimonial, social security, landlord and tenant, and the administration of estates in addition to representation on IRS matters and criminal litigation.

From 1981- 1988, Mr. Walsh held a teaching position with Adelphi University in addition to lecturing on various topics at the Suffolk County Bar Association as well as the Suffolk Academy of Law.

Mr. Walsh started his career at one of the Big Eight accounting firms. As his areas of expertise grew, he left accounting to practice law full time, and eventually, in 2000, established the law firm of Walsh & Roth in West Babylon.
