Morgan E. Weber

Morgan E. Weber, Counsel to the firm, has nearly 20 years of commercial and general litigation experience for both corporate and individual plaintiffs and defendants practicing in federal courts and New York state court at the local and appellate levels. 

Ms. Weber has extensive experience in contract disputes of all kinds as well as business tort claims. She has prosecuted and defended breach of contract claims, fraud actions, conversion claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, actions involving non-competes and other restrictive covenants, claims on promissory notes, unfair competition matters, tortious interference claims, civil recovery in wire fraud matters, real estate litigations, replevins and seizures, and the like. She drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts between both businesses and individuals, and brings her litigation experience to bear in anticipating areas of potential future conflicts.

She is admitted to practice in New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
