Morgan E. Weber

Morgan E. Weber, Counsel to the firm, has been a commercial and general litigator for over 20 years, and is admitted to practice in New York State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Ms. Weber has represented corporations and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants at the trial court and appellate levels through all aspects of litigation.

Ms. Weber has extensive experience in commercial and general contract disputes of all kinds, as well as business tort claims. She has prosecuted and defended actions sounding in breach of contract, quasi contractual claims, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, conversion, tortious interference, trade secrets and unfair competition, as well as actions involving internal business disputes, non-competes and other restrictive covenants, promissory notes, civil recovery in wire fraud matters, real estate litigations, mortgage foreclosures, replevins and seizures, and the like.

Majoring in English at Columbia University before attending the Fordham School of Law, Ms. Weber advocates for her clients through compelling narratives, supported by persuasive legal arguments crafted by Ms. Weber utilizing her legal research skills developed over more than two decades.

Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Weber also brings her litigation experience to bear in drafting, analyzing and negotiating contracts for her clients, with a keen eye for avoiding and anticipating potential future conflicts.

Finally, Ms. Weber’s knowledge of litigations involving computer access and cybersecurity in matters ranging from wire fraud to theft of confidential information allows her to advise clients concerning best practices as well as warning against material errors and omissions.
